SHIPPING LOCATION

Universal Store currently ships within India only.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.


SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and courier partner:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms and conditions.


DELIVERY DELAYS

Universal Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Universal Store will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and update you accordingly.

Resolution will be provided as per our Refund Policy.


CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
